Shipping/Return Policy

 

  • Power to the Vape is based in Everett, WA.  All orders are shipping from there. Orders are processed Monday-Friday, and we observe major holidays. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing, and 3-5 business days for shipping.
  • We offer shipping to the continental US using FedEx Ground, UPS or USPS. Please inquire via email for international shipping outside US and Canada.
  • Processing time- Please allow 1-2 business days for processing, and 3-5 business days for shipping.
  • NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR CREDITS WILL BE ISSUED WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION. -ALL CLAIMS MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 5 DAYS.
  • Product that may be returned
    • Defective or damaged in-transit product which must be accompanied by photographic evidence (Must be reported within 5 days after receiving the product.)
    • Product received which does not match the original invoice.
    • Regular priced and in-stock product which is not listed as a non-returnable product and which is in original condition.
  • Non-returnable product
    • Clearance or sale items the sales of which are final.
    • Custom products.
    • No Product will be accepted for return if altered in any way. Our responsibility is limited to the value of our product for credit or replacement at our discretion.
  • Deadline for proposed return
    • Within five (5) days of delivery of product notice of intent to return and reason therefor must be sent to Power to the Vape. Notification must be made (Email and US mail) Returns must be sent to Power to the Vape within twenty (20) days of delivery of product and postmarked within that time.

  • Returns
    • Product must be returned in its original packaging and original delivery box. Unless the damage or defect was caused by or was the responsibility of Power to the Vape, the Company has NO responsibility for the return shipping costs and assumes no responsibility for a refund in the event a return package is lost, stolen or damaged.
    • Any refund is subject to a satisfactory review and inspection by Power to the Vape as to whether the product is a returnable one, existence of damage or defect, and full compliance with these terms and conditions.

    • Should Power to the Vape not accept the return, it will provide notice of its decision and the reason(s) therefor. In that event, Power to the Vape will return the product to the customer at the customers’ expense for shipping. The customer retains the right to request Power to the Vape disposes of the product; if the customer is unhappy incurring any return shipping costs.

    • All returns that are accepted are subject to a twenty five percent (25%) re-stocking fee which will be deducted from any refund.

    • If the refund request is approved, it will be processed within five (5) days thereafter and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow two (2) – three (3) weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited and a 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
